Construction technology of combined aluminum alloy formwork

3.6.1 Technical content
(1) Design of combined aluminum alloy template
1) The combined aluminum alloy formwork is formed by welding aluminum alloy ribbed panels, end plates and primary and secondary ribs. It is a combined formwork for construction of cast-in-place concrete structures.
2) The combined aluminum alloy template is divided into flat template, flat die adjustment template, female angle template, female corner template, male angle template, male angle adjustment template, aluminum beam, support head and special template.
3) The aluminum alloy horizontal formwork adopts independent support. The support heads of the independent support are divided into a plate bottom support head and a beam bottom support head. The plate bottom support head is connected with a single oblique aluminum beam and a double oblique aluminum beam. The support system formed by aluminum alloy horizontal formwork and independent support can realize the early dismantling of the formwork, the input amount of the formwork and the support system is greatly reduced at one time, saving the labor of assembly and disassembly and vertical transportation, reducing the engineering cost, and the construction site is civilized and tidy (see Figure 3.5 ).

4) For each project, the aluminum alloy template should be used for mold design. Priority is given to standard templates and standard corner molds, and the remaining parts are equipped with certain mosaic templates. For special-shaped formwork, angle aluminum plywood formwork, wood square plywood or plastic board formwork should be used to fill in the gaps, and strive to reduce the proportion of non-standard formwork.
5) Before each project leaves the factory, pre-assembly is carried out to check the design and processing quality to ensure a successful installation at the time of construction on the site.
6) Aluminium alloy formwork is used for construction, which can be equipped with one-layer formwork and three-layer support, and local adjustment of the cross-section of the member with adjustment plates.
(2) Construction of combined aluminum alloy formwork
1) Compile a special construction plan for combined aluminum alloy formwork, determine the division of the construction flow section, draw a plan drawing of the mold, and calculate the required formwork specifications and quantity.
2) Before the formwork is installed, it is necessary to carry out measurement and pay-off and floor copying. If necessary, do a leveling layer plastering strip within the bottom edge of the formwork. If there is local unevenness, a shim can be temporarily added to perform mortar hooking treatment.
3) When tying the steel bars of the wall, correct the lower insertion bars that deviate from the edge of the wall; set concrete braces to control the cross-sectional dimensions of the wall at the corners, in the wall, and above, in, and under the wall height.
4) Install door and window opening templates, pre-buried wooden boxes, iron parts, electrical pipelines, junction boxes, switch boxes, etc., and must pass the acceptance of concealed works before closing the mold.
5) The aluminum formwork is installed in place according to the matching drawing. The formwork is connected by bolts and pins. After the formwork is checked and adjusted vertically, the pull bolt or pull tab is tightened.
6) The arrangement of independent braces and diagonal braces shall be carried out in strict accordance with relevant specifications and formwork construction plans.
7) The construction method of supporting formwork and pouring concrete together with wall, column, beam and slab can be adopted, which requires layered pouring and layered vibration during concrete construction. After the concrete reaches the design strength of demoulding, the formwork shall be demolished in an orderly manner according to the specifications.
8) For the transportation of the dismantled formwork from the lower floor to the upper floor, the reserved opening in the floor slab shall be used for manual transportation. The removed formwork shall be aluminium formwork system malaysia cleaned and coated with isolating agent in time.
3.6.2 Technical indicators
